Processing, Packaging & Shipping Policy
☆ Each charm is handmade and carefully packed before it begins its journey. ☆ Ready-to-Ship items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days. ☆ Made-to-Order items: Please allow up to 7 business days for sculpting, painting, sealing, drying, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch. ☆ If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, everything will be shipped together once the handmade pieces are complete. ☆ Free Standard Shipping on all orders. ☆ Estimated delivery after dispatch 2-8 business days ☆ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond Riruru's Studio's control. ☆ Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
☆Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. ☆Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photographs of the item, photos of the packaging, a brief description of the issue. Without photos, we may be unable to process your request. ☆We cannot accept returns for change of mind, accidental damage after delivery, normal handmade variations in colour, texture, size, or tiny imperfections, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer & orders refused upon delivery. ☆Each charm is individually handmade, making every piece slightly unique. ☆If your claim is approved, we'll either choose replacement, repair (where possible) or refund. The decision will depend on the nature of the issue. ☆Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

We only collect your name and phone number for order processing. Your data is never shared.
Terms of Service
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings, and minor handmade variations make each piece unique. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping partner. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, we'll gladly help you contact the courier and investigate the shipment.
